✨ I Am Not Just a Coach
I am a woman who has walked the path herself
I’ve grown up in a home where my father’s energy could shift the entire atmosphere the second he walked through the door. I've developed fawning/people-pleasing and an intense need to perform, to be perfect to be loved.
At the end of middle school, I experienced sexual trauma. I developed eating disorders and I hated myself and my body.
I’ve got my master in psychology, did an internship in assertiveness group therapy, and slowly started to become the unapologetic Lou I am today.
I’ve trained in tantra which finally helped me release the shame and the trauma from my sexuality.
And there was La Loba, the wild wolf woman.
I started leading Tantra for women,
I’ve helped more than 600 beings through 5 years of Psychotrauma therapy, I’ve trained in EMDR, IFS, somatic experiencing, but something was missing.
I wanted to help women deeper than in group events.
So, I’ve become a certified VITA™ women’s empowerment and female sexuality coach.
And now I feel that I’ve accomplished my life’s mission,
a powerful example on how your trauma can become your most beautiful offering to the world.
